My name is Will and I am 32yrs young. I have been lifting weights on and off since the 9th grade. Nutrition and healthy eating habits were never a part of my life style until recently when I decided I wanted to go into the gym and take lifting weights more serious than I ever have. Growing up I started on my school basketball and football teams. I was the fastest distance runner in my high school as a freshman. Mixed martial arts was a big part of my life and I held 4 titles at 3 different weight classes as a amateur fighter in Michigan until sustaining a knee injury that required surgery the same week I was blessed with a baby boy. Through my 20s sports and my activity level came to a halt as I struggled to provide as a new father. At 28yrs old I decided I needed to make a change. Mentally and physically I wasn't happy with myself so I started lifting weights. After a year of lifting I decided to get heavy into nutrition and healthier eating habits.
